The primary goal of the position is to ensure that all guests receive a high level of quality service while visiting the shopping center. The Assistant Guest Services Manager will assist with directing the day-to-day activities and development of 5-6 Guest Services personnel. Responsibilities:

Communication
• Communicate effectively with mall management, Guest Services Manager, tenants, and guests

Team Leadership
• Assist in interviewing and hiring staff

• Knowledge of telephone system, and radios where applicable
• Inspection of strollers and wheelchairs for safe and proper operation

Marketing - Assist manager in these areas:
• Support mall marketing initiatives
• Manage Guest Services team participation in promotional activities
• Manage day to day operations of shopping center gift card program, including corporate orders as necessary

The Assistant Guest Services Manager must be available for a variety of shifts, including a mix of days, nights, and weekends. Compensation for this position is $14.00 per hour, as well as a benefits package which includes paid time off and medical insurance.
