Location: Remote/telecommute. Employees must live in Michigan. The position begins with required training in Ann Arbor 10/5 & 10/6 from 9am-5pm

Hours: Our customer service hours will be 8AM-midnight, 7 days per week. Your shifts will be scheduled according to your preferences and requirements, and our anticipated level of customer service needs. Working on some weekend days will be required. You'll work approximately 20 hours/week from 10/9-11/5 and then 40+ hours from 11/6 until 12/23, although there might be less work available during the last week or so once we start passing our holiday shipping deadlines. The Test Center Administrator works in a fast-paced professional Test Center setting to ensure the integrity of our testing services by proctoring and controlling the computer based test center environment. This will include greeting candidates, verifying candidate identification, monitoring the examination process and maintaining Tester policies and guidelines. The Test Center Administrator will uphold tester's standard for integrity by providing clients with a secure and clean testing location that enables our clients to pursue their testing needs in a controlled and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

•Controlling test area by maintaining a working knowledge of policies, practices and procedures
•Greet examinees and verify identification
•Register and prepare candidate scorecards
•If applicable, collect candidates biometric information (collect fingerprints)
•Monitor candidates as they complete their exam
•Resolve candidate issues or report them to the appropriate supervisor
•Protect security of all computer software in Test Center environment
•Reboot computer servers and reset passwords when necessary
•Report any occurrences which fall outside company guidelines to corporate management

•Manage misconduct such as security breaches or inappropriate conduct of candidates
•Ensure test center environment is maintained to ensure a safe and comfortable testing experience

Required Experience:
