Location: Remote/telecommute. Employees must live in Michigan. The position begins with required training in Ann Arbor 10/5 & 10/6 from 9am-5pm
Hours: Our customer service hours will be 8AM-midnight, 7 days per week. The Test Center Administrator works in a fast-paced professional Test Center setting to ensure the integrity of our testing services by proctoring and controlling the computer based test center environment.
